RESPONSIBILITIES:

Study project feasibility and monitor project timeline

Research on market trends, new material, and best practices

Coordinate with business development team, marketing team, specialist consultants, external designers, information technology, as well as suppliers to complete all project functions starting from project concept to the handover period.

Oversee and monitor project to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and design direction

Oversee and monitor project’s development to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and design direction

Deliver the necessary documentation and sales tools for team sale and marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's/Master's degre Architecture/Interior/Business/Marketing/Information Technology or related fields.

Strong communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills are a must. Time management is a key attribute as well.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Motivated to learn; honest and dedicated; creative; high level of integrity; initiative

Possessing creativity thinking, result and details oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Excited to work with evolving and interested in Metaverse.

Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs(New generation).

Proficient Google Workspace computer skills, especially Google Slide and Google Sheet (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).
